The essential dimensions to the training are:
Deep work on your own inner healing
Any truly professional training demands that practitioners have done significant work on themselves, know their issues well enough to recognise them during the therapeutic encounter and are aware of the potential for transference and counter-transference problems with their clients.
In this training program, you will come to understand the Wounder Healer, the archetype ruling experiential astrology who’s primary teaching is that our healing potentials are greatest in those areas we are most wounded, and these are only fully available to us when we have dived into, and through, our own wounding.
By developing an intimate relationship with the parts of self represented by the planets, asteroids and signs in astrology, you will be able to emotionally and energetically hold a deeper space for your own self enquiry and healing and that of your clients.
Developing multi-dimensional therapeutic and intuitive skills
Experiential astrology works extremely well with a wide variety of modern therapeutic practices. The nature of the astrological medicine wheel allows it to provide a powerful archetypal container for many forms of healing.
This training program includes the experience and development of skills in voice dialogue, psychodrama, primal therapy, pre-natal and past-life regression and inner child work.
Foundation building for a creative and unique private practice
Daniel developed this unique and eclectic system from the experience of his own therapeutic and spiritual journey. Consequently this training provides the foundations for participants to develop their own unique versions of the work, consolidating these foundations with a sound professional basis that encourages individual creativity and innovation. This includes a focus on personal and professional boundaries, contracting, money matters, safety issues.

Trainees will be required to complete a number of formal individual wheel sessions over the year.

Practising on members of the public in group coaching and assessment sessions.

Accreditation:
At present the Certificate of Experiential and Therapeutic Astrology is not accredited with any of the traditional astrology bodies, such as the Federation of Australian Astrologers and the Association of Professional Astrologers.
This unique training sits outside of their accreditation guidelines and parameters.
The value of the Certificate is based on the strength of Daniel’s public and professional reputation, his experience as an educator and on the depth and integrity of the course processes.

Individuals will need some experience in the therapeutic and/or spiritual journey.
Astrological knowledge is not necessary but a familiarity with its language, symbols and your own birth chart is important. This can be gained through independent coursework, private study or professional readings.
Enthusiastic and committed amateurs are welcome! Non-professionals and those wanting to do the course for personal development are very welcome. However, because of the professional standard of the course you will need to have a strong degree of commitment to your own process and be able to work as equals with the professionals in the group.
Assessment:
Successful practitioners will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to use Experiential Astrology, working with a range of individuals both from within the training group and in assessment settings with volunteers from the general public.
In order to graduate, you will also need to have completed 50 hours of continuous individual therapy or 150 hours of group work therapy with an experienced therapist, recognised by the Sacred Law Firm, in any of the modalities studied in the program.
Please note, if you do not wish to graduate with the Certificate of Experiential and Therapeutic Astrology you can participate in the ten month training program and choose not complete the individual or group therapy requirement.

$5950 for the complete ten month program, including week long retreat (accommodation, meals, workshops), nine workshops, twelve evening sessions, handouts, use of astrological wheel cards and certificate upon completion. Does not include transport to Northern NSW for retreat or Blue Mountains for weekend workshops. There is no accommodation for weekend workshops, but we anticipate arranging a hosting arrangement between members of the group or special accommodation deals for group members travelling from Sydney. Payment plans are available that can be tailored to your circumstances.
