Exploring the nature of the child within. Spending time identifying wounding and equally claiming his/her gifts. Understanding the Mother archetype; what are the qualities that enable her to nourish and nurture the child. Gaining awareness of when we are in reaction and likely to blame, shame or abandon him/her.
The intimate and loving nature of this mother/child relationship is fundamental to our abilities to thrive emotionally. Males are welcome.
